Jura Canton

This is a magnificent rural canton in the northwest corner of Switzerland, though not many tourists visit it, it is well loved by the Swiss.

If you want a simple but perfect holiday then Jura canton will do for you, you can take a walk in the countryside, or cycle round the rural areas. Jura attained it’s independence in the 1970’s after a long political turmoil from being ruled by the French to the dukes of Burgundy and experiencing more political unrest.
